Grace is soooooo patient with her clients, and very persistent with their interests. We did not make it easy on her backing out of a house late and we were very strong with our demands for the next one. Grace pulled it off and got us everything we were asking for in negotiations. She is a very good negotiator and the level of service she provides is hard to beat. We had an issue with our car one day we were supposed to see homes when we needed to get some shopping done, Grace dropped us off at the mall, picked us up a couple of hours later and then showed us homes.
